Marsh Fork, Canning River
The western tributary of the Canning River. This stream and Marsh Creek are named for S.J. Marsh, a long-time northern Alaska prospector who explored the Canning River area in 1903. The Marsh Fork begins as a creek near Carter Pass on the Continental Divide of the Brooks Range.
